Opening an account at a casino means entering an agreement, and this page describes what it involves. At FreshBet, by registering and using the platform you accept the terms set out here. Reading them before you deposit, play or place a bet is a few minutes well spent.

The player account

A player may hold one account, in their own name and with correct details. The minimum age is 18, checked at registration and confirmed during the later checks. Multiple accounts, accounts in another person’s name or false details lead to closure and the blocking of funds in play.

Login details are personal and keeping them safe rests with you. Any activity under your login is treated as carried out by you, unless proven otherwise. If you suspect someone has used your account, alert support at once.

Conduct we do not allow

Certain behaviours lead to immediate suspension of the account:

• Using automated software, bots or tools that alter the game
• Exploiting technical faults or bugs to gain an advantage
• Arrangements between players to manipulate the outcome of a game
• Opening multiple accounts to multiply welcome bonuses
• Supplying falsified documents during verification

Where any of these occurs, the account is blocked and the related winnings cancelled. Before a final decision we make contact, so you can give your side. A good-faith error on our part is corrected as soon as it is established.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits carry a minimum shown in the cashier and usually clear at once, with transactions running in GBP. Withdrawals go to the same method and the same account holder the money came from. That rule is non-negotiable and serves to prevent laundering through the gaming account.

Closing and suspending the account

You can close the account at any time by requesting it from support and withdrawing the remaining balance after verification. Closure does not erase the data at once, since certain retention duties stay in force for years. The privacy policy sets out those terms.

On our side, an account may be suspended on suspicion of fraud, an incomplete verification or a breach of these terms. The suspension is a precaution, not a final penalty. Once the situation is cleared up, the account is reopened or closed under the set procedure.

Liability and governing law

We do our best to provide a continuous service, without being able to rule out technical interruptions or maintenance. Losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control are not attributable to us. You play with your own money and accept the associated risk.

These terms may be updated when rules or procedures change, and continuing to use the account means accepting them. The law of Curaçao, the jurisdiction of the certificate, applies to these terms and the relationship with the platform.
